story, please read Sabrina's request:



My name is Sabrina Duran, I am a 27 years old free-lancer journalist from
Brazil, but living in London for almost two years.

I am planning to write an article about refugees from Iran that came to London
pursuing a life free of discrimination and threatening because of their sexual
orientation. My aim is to interview a couple of people, to hear their stories
and then write about it. I know it is a tough subject to the victims of
prejudice in Iran to talk about, but I will respect what they want to say and
what they don't want to. I do not even need to tell their real names if they
do not want it. I intent to offer this article I will write to some magazine
in Brazil and help people in my country to understand how prejudice can be
harmful to individuals, to the society and to the human rights as a set of
principles that makes life fair for all. I am pretty much convinced that
showing this kind of story really helps to raise public awareness about
prejudice around the world.
